Economy (approx. 5-8 days after packing) or standard (approx. 3-5 days after packing) shipping rates will be applied at checkout. Packages are hand packed by Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary staff within 1 business week of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [defective, wrong size, etc], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
